  : The bed was comfortable and location was good although still a hike to the broadwalk.
  : Check in, no reservation on file, took over an hour to finally find reservation. Booked 18th floor got 37th. No key in lockbox when we arrived. Was never given a lockbox code to retrieve key. The room had to be sanitized and swept by us as had not been cleaned very well. Cushions missing on balcony and chair cushion stains. Bathroom sink plugged and not draining. Spent the first day and half waiting for maintenance to attend to clogged drain. (Said they were coming that night, pinged them and after waiting they said they would be there in morning, pinged them again and they did not show up until 1:00PM. Elevators went down twice and when they were working took forever. Water shut off due to flooding on the 12th floor. Was only one day where we did not have issues. Booking.com nor Hyde beach tried to remedy or make whole for issues. Icing on the cake was Hyde beach extorting $200 for cleaning of preexisting stain on chair and stain in shower. How do you get a stain in the shower only using soap and water? Disputing cleaning charge.

  : Initially captivated by the alluring description of Hyde Resort and Residences, my recent stay at the property was unfortunately a far cry from the idyllic retreat I had envisioned. In the interest of providing a comprehensive evaluation and assisting prospective guests in making informed choices, I feel compelled to offer a detailed account of my experience of staying at Hyde Resort and Residences *Managed by Property Manager Gian Carlos at Beach Resort Rental. They rent out multiple units in this building. Please be sure to verify the property manager in the listing if the listing says managed by Beach Resort Rental OR hides the name (and just shows a score) RUN!I also liked the fake review Gian Carlos left for this listing in Booking.com (feel free to read it yourself) its kind of bizarre.Our time at Hyde Resort and Residences was fraught with numerous disappointments & unsettling revelations, painting a stark picture of mismanagement & neglect that tarnished the entire experience.From the outset, the booking process was marred by hidden fees that were conveniently added on after we booked & are due at check in or they wont let you check in.These additional charges, including resort fees, parking fees, and a mandatory security deposit, substantially inflated the overall cost of our stay by $1300.00Upon arrival, our hopes of enjoying advertised amenities were quickly dashed by the early closure of the pool @7pm DAILY, severely limiting our ability to relax & unwind as promised. This unexpected restriction cast a shadow over our vacation experience & left us feeling undervalued as guestsHowever, the most alarming discovery during our stay was the presence of an infrared camera discreetly concealed within the bathroom fan. This blatant invasion of privacy, coupled with the absence of any prior disclosure, was deeply unsettling and raised serious concerns about the ethical safety protocols enforced. Charged my credit card 333.
  : Despite promptly reporting this egregious violation to booking.com we were told its out of their hands, Gian Carlos ghosted me. The lingering unease and sense of violation persisted throughout the remainder of our stay, casting a pall over what was supposed to be a relaxing retreat In addition to alarming security issues, the overall condition of our accommodations left much to be desired. Upon check-in, we were greeted by visibly dirty floors & malfunctioning kitchen appliances that remained unaddressed despite our repeated requests for maintenance and repairs. This blatant disregard for cleanliness and upkeep not only detracted from the overall enjoyment of our stay but also called into question the property's commitment to guest satisfaction & comfort. Moreover, interactions with the pool staff were characterized by selling us a cocktail then sending security over to say you cant have a drink within 30 feet of the pool! Rudeness and inconsistency, further compounding our sense of disillusionment and frustration. The onsite restaurant, touted as a culinary highlight served microwaved food. Further exacerbating our grievances was the lack of effective communication and accountability from the property's management team, particularly the host, Gian Carlos. Despite our persistent complaints regarding mold growth, malfunctioning appliances, and ongoing maintenance issues, our concerns were met with indifference and delay, leaving us feeling neglected and unheard until day 8 when Gian Carlos offered to change our room if I agreed to call it even and not offer us ANY type of refund. In summary, my stay at Hyde Resort and Residences was characterized by a combination of mismanagement, poor maintenance, and deceptive practices.

  : Loved most about this property!
  : The elevator situation is horrible! Had to wait an average of 15 min to get any elevator. Only 4 elevators for 41 floors! And one didn't work! Once had to walk down 26 floors! (52 flights!) After waiting 35 minutes! After reading other reviews, the situation does never improve. Also no kitchen towels or rags, so had to buy them myself. No washcloths for shower ! Had to buy that also. The price is very high for what is missing in condo theat one would need. However we did like the place and loication

  : The valet service and bellman was awesome. The view is beautiful and the location was perfect
  : the first day upon arriving, the accommodation was dirty with traces of blood in the switches. The reception service didn't really feel concerned about this. but thank you to the reservation service who was able to be professional and help us as much as possible. I did not see a valet letting a drunk customer leave with her car.

  : It was a great location room was clean and comfortable. Please show pics of what the room actually looks like. Although it was a nice room it showed a jacuzzi tub and shower but we only got the shower. Please go visit the spa the massage was awesome!
  : The only thing is there were no towels I had to go out to buy towels, the stove did not work. It had a lock that we couldnt get off. Also the pool closed super early at 7:00 which means I couldnt go for a night swim after the beach close.

  : We like it room (big with big balcony) ; nive view from balcony, but floor was dirty everywhere, our baby has black foot after few steps; pool is nice with beautiful view on a beach, but too much rules there. We didn't use beach only pool
  : Staff (i didn't like the staff in this building, they're talked rudly and lies us) ; our key from room didn't work and we with our 2 years old baby waiting 2 hrs for help. I go up and down 3 times from 19 floor on lobby recharge key and ask someone to co.e for help us, once again we waiting 2 hrs in wet dress after pool for reach our room. After that supervisor come with me for help open our room and told me that he's remove resort fee from our reservation for this inconvenience. But all fee was charged anyway from me , called 2 times to the building and talk with staff, but nobody know about my situation. Crazy things, never come back.
